In this field, the range of services TSP provides covers the following areas:

• Laws concerning renewable energies and laws governing cogeneration
• Legal structure governing site networks; in particular, we provide consultancy services and draft planning agreements, construction agreements and agreements on the technical operational management for de-centralized supply facilities, such as, for example, gas-fired cogeneration facilities
• Solutions to specific issues concerning the construction and operation of wind energy systems
• Regulatory matters; in other words, we contribute to resolving matters concerning the regulation of access to the networks, fees, and unbundling
• We resolve conflicts under the laws regulating prices and other compensation as well as fee issues in matters involving private customers, large users and customers who have concluded special agreements
• We handle problems governed by public procurement law as entailed by the tender of energy supply and energy services
• We provide legal consultancy service in all matters of energy contracting, i.e. energy supply contracting, energy efficiency performance contracting, and third-party financing of such contracting
• We consult on matters entailed by the rights to use public grids to transport electricity and the laws governing the payment of concession fees
