Curriculum vitae

Born in 1970, Dr. Reininghaus studied at the Philipps-Universität Marburg (Philipps University of Marburg) and at the Freie Universität Berlin (Free University of Berlin). In 2001, she took her doctors`degree in human rights law. She also was admitted to practice as an attorney in 2001. Dr. Reininghaus has been admitted to practice as an specialist attorney in construction and architect law since 2006. From 2001 to 2010, she worked with a commercial law firm in the fields of construction and real estate law. She became a partner of TSP in 2011. Dr. Reininghaus has special expertise in construction and engineering law. For many years, she has been counselling and representing commercial building owners and contractors with the focus on contracts and legal advice during building periods. Dr. Reininghaus represents clients nationwide in litigation matters, especially in lawsuits relating to architects or constructors fees and major building defects. She conducts frequently expert seminars and has co-authored several specialist books.
