Curriculum vitae

Born in 1965, Dr. Stollhoff studied at the Freie Universität Berlin (Free University of Berlin). He was admitted to practice as an attorney in 1995. In 1999, he took his doctor’s degree in energy cartel law. In 2000, he was admitted to practice at the Kammergericht (Regional Court of Berlin). He is a founding member of TSP. Dr. Stollhoff has published widely in his fields and is the author and co-author of several specialist books. He regularly lectures on the laws governing zoning and construction and public procurement law. He has consulted clients extensively throughout Germany in the laws governing zoning and construction, public procurement law and energy law. For many years, he has been representing institutional investors and commercial clients. His experience includes the legal structuring of various large-scale projects, for which he acted as the responsible legal consultant. Dr. Stollhoff has been admitted to practice as a specialist attorney in construction and architect law since 2005. He conducts negotiations in German and English.
