Since then, he has worked for various regional and national law firms specializing in commercial law, corporate law, construction law as well as real estate law, as well as for a real estate holding company owned by the Land of Berlin. Since 2011, he has been practic-ing as a specialist attorney for commercial and corporate law. In 2007, he began teaching corporate and commercial law at the Berlin Hochschule f\u00fcr Technik and Wirtschaft (HTW, University of Applied Sciences) as an as adjunct teaching faculty member. His consulting focus is on corporate law, construction law as well as real estate law. He has a long track record in advising and representing private-sector clients in these areas, as well as in litigating cases all over Germany.
