He was awarded his doctoral degree in 1999 for his thesis on a topic of the laws governing energy cartels. He has been representing corporate clients in the fields of construction law, real estate law, and public procurement law since 1996. In 2005, he was certified as a specialist attorney for construction law as well as architect law.<\/p>\n

He has published widely on numerous technical topics, including commentaries for a standard reference work on public procurement law and various specialist guidebooks on construction law, real estate law, and public procurement law. For many years now, he has been lecturing and teaching seminars throughout Germany on construction law as well as public procurement law.<\/p>\n

Dr. Stollhoff\u2019s wide-ranging consulting practice encompasses construction law, real estate law, and public procurement law. He has particular expertise and broad experience in the fields of real estate development projects and the management of real estate fund portfolios, and was involved in numerous transactions. He looks back on many years of experience in representing and advising governmental and private-sector clients in complex cases involving construction defects and liability claims. He has legally structured various large-scale projects, for which he also served as lead legal advisor. He serves as arbitrator in arbitration proceedings involving construction law as well as real estate law and is a member of the Deutsche Baugerichtstag association of legal practitioners active in the field of construction law and of developers.
