Die orts\u00fcbliche Vergleichsmiete steigt danach im Vergleich zum Mietspiegel 2021 um 5,4 Prozent. Nach dem neuen Mietspiegel 2023 bemi\u00dft sich die Zul\u00e4ssigkeit von Mieterh\u00f6hungen in Berlin. Der Mietzins darf in laufenden Mietvertr\u00e4gen \u00fcber Wohnraum nur insoweit erh\u00f6ht werden, soweit die orts\u00fcbliche Vergleichsmiete noch nicht erreicht ist. Maximal ist bei Mietvertr\u00e4gen \u00fcber Wohnraum dabei eine Mietzinssteigerung um bis zu 15 Prozent in drei Jahren zul\u00e4ssig. Der n\u00e4chste Mietspiegel wird in Berlin im Jahr 2024 erwartet.
