Halbjahr im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um rund ein Drittel auf 12,2 Mrd. Euro gestiegen. Auch JLL ermittelte einen Umsatz von \u00fcber 12 Mrd. Euro, CBRE, Colliers und C&amp;W kamen auf \u00fcber 11 Mrd. Euro und Savills auf knapp 11 Mrd. Euro. Zur Belebung im 2. Quartal trugen mehr Paketverk\u00e4ufe und einige gro\u00dfe Einzeldeals bei. Im Einzelhandelssegment wurden allein mit dem Verkauf des Kadewe in Berlin und zwei Gro\u00dfdeals in M\u00fcnchen knapp 2 Mrd. Euro umgesetzt, insgesamt verdoppelte sich der Einzelhandelsumsatz auf rund 3,6 Mrd. Euro.<\/p>\n<p>Auch der Logistikmarkt legte aufgrund mehrerer Portfoliodeals kr\u00e4ftig auf 2,8 Mrd. Euro zu. Wenig Dynamik zeigt weiterhin der B\u00fcroinvestmentmarkt mit einem Umsatzr\u00fcckgang von rund 30 % auf 2,2 Mrd. Euro. Insolvenzverk\u00e4ufe, darunter einige prominente Signa-Projekte, machten rund ein F\u00fcnftel des Gesamtumsatzes aus. Die Spitzenrenditen blieben im Vergleich zum 1. Quartal weitgehend stabil, im 2.
