Dr. Deutscher earned his doctorate and was admitted to the bar in 2000, following his legal studies at the Freie Universität Berlin and a stint as a research associate at the University of Potsdam. Since then, he has worked for various regional and national law firms specializing in commercial law, corporate law, construction law as well as real estate law, as well as for a real estate holding company owned by the Land of Berlin. Since 2011, he has been practic-ing as a specialist attorney for commercial and corporate law. In 2007, he began teaching corporate and commercial law at the Berlin Hochschule für Technik and Wirtschaft (HTW, University of Applied Sciences) as an as adjunct teaching faculty member. His consulting focus is on corporate law, construction law as well as real estate law. He has a long track record in advising and representing private-sector clients in these areas, as well as in litigating cases all over Germany. Dr. Deutscher is the author of many technical publications, particularly on aspects of corporate and real estate law.
